Whether in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerPoint, again and again, teams or work groups have to create, edit and comment on documents. It is important that all team members always know which version of the document is the correct, current one.

On the site “Get Office 365 free for your entire school“, you can verify the authorization for your entire educational institution.
Teachers and students can also request Office 365 for Education for free, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and additional tools for the classroom here.
And this is an example of what it would look like when teaching staff work together in Teamplace on documents for science class. A small flag in the document shows where a team member is working or has worked, and comments are shown on the right.
