Everyone can upload and work on files
Every member of a specific Teamplace can upload their files – no matter if they’re documents, holiday photos or videos. Everybody who is a member of the team project can access those files, view or download them. That’s free file sharing with Teamplace. As soon as the invitations have been accepted, your team members have the opportunity to instantly upload files and make their contributions.
Are you sitting on beaches with your laptops, dispersed on four continents but working together on a marine turtle research project? Stay on the beach and share your results in real time with each another in a virtual data room. After all, decentral project work is the future.
Everyone in your team can upload files, no matter wherever they are – videos, images, audio files or text files. The uploads are scalable as well: Upload only one single file or the whole folder at once. Data is immediately available for each member of the virtual data room (we call it a Teamplace). Everyone can view or download data. And don’t worry: your data can‘t be simply overwritten or deleted due to the convenient versioning.
